Demolition Brewing Company

A retired Army veteran and his wife founded Demolition Brewing Company in Laurie, Missouri. His service included five infantry years and 21 years as a bomb technician, and the precision, resilience and camaraderie of that service carried over into brewing. Despite the explosive name, the brewery is built around what comes after the dust settles: a shared table where civilians and veterans, visitors and locals, boaters and bikers, and even people who claim not to like beer sit together. The founders put a focus on honoring fellow veterans and building community connections, and the taproom serves non-alcoholic options alongside the beer. The beer menu leans into the military theme with playful descriptions, and the lineup has included Ozark Mountain Marzen, a caramel apple pie ale called Battlefield Harvest, the Hefe Bomber wheat beer and a dark Schwartz Bier. The brewery also offers cocktails, food, merchandise and events.
