Eldon Hospitality
About
Eldon Hospitality is an Eldon complex built around a Prohibition-era theme near the Lake of the Ozarks, and it is home to the town’s first microbrewery. Alongside the brewery, the complex includes Capone’s, a hidden speakeasy-style restaurant with jazz inspired by the secret clubs of the 1930s, and the 1933 Cigar Lounge, which offers public and member experiences with curated cigars, rare spirits and private tastings. The brewery focuses on small-batch beers made with locally sourced grain and fresh hops, ranging from light beers for warm Missouri days to stouts for cooler nights, and its brewmaster treats the small scale as room to experiment. The lineup has included The Rookie, a Prohibition-style blonde ale whose sales support a local cause, Capone’s Cream Ale with caramel and vanilla, a mocha stout called Black Sheep, a raspberry wheat and a bourbon barrel-aged stout named Smoke Eater. The complex also hosts events.
