Last Flight Brewing Company

Jefferson City’s Last Flight Brewing Company is an independent brewery that opened in March 2021 after delays through 2020. Its taproom pours 28 rotating house-brewed drinks, including a range of ales and lagers along with seltzer and hard apple cider for guests who need gluten-free options, and it also offers wine made in Missouri. The brewery describes itself as a place for beer lovers to gather, and the taproom is family-friendly and dog-friendly both inside and on the patio and yard. There is no kitchen, but the brewery sells fresh popcorn and snacks, hosts food trucks at times in warmer months and welcomes takeout from local restaurants. Last Flight fills 64-ounce growlers, sells its own glass and stainless steel growlers and offers 32-ounce crowlers to go. Its beer is also poured at restaurants and bars around Jefferson City, Columbia and nearby towns.
