Side Project Brewing

Side Project Brewing is a Maplewood brewery known for beer made with patience and experimentation, including rustic saisons, fruited wild ales and bourbon barrel-aged stouts, much of it meant for sharing. Visitors can drink at three spots. The Brewery pours oak-aged beers, lagers and IPAs alongside food, with a view of the oak foeders and the brewhouse. The Side Project Cellar is a cozy bar that serves the brewery’s own beer along with international beer, whiskey, wine and cider. A family-friendly pizza spot offers food, beer, canned cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and it has a drive-thru for picking up beer and food to go. Side Project also releases bottles through its online shop, including an annual Beer : Barrel : Time package of barrel-aged beers, and keeps an archive of past and present releases along with a page of accolades and press.
