Bur Oak Brewing

Bur Oak Brewing Company is a Columbia brewery that aims to make well-crafted beer that brings people together, especially those who feel a deep connection to their craft and community. In the rustic taproom, a wood wall carries a laser-cut steel bur oak tree, and the wooden bar pours its beers, including taproom-only releases. Windows look into the brewery, where the brewhouse and fermenters were built in Missouri. The full building covers about 15,000 square feet and is set up for events of up to 469 guests, from wedding receptions to company holiday parties and graduations. Groups can book the taproom, a brewhouse corridor where tables sit among the brewing equipment, or the open back of the brewery with ceilings up to 24 feet. Beers have included Lily, a cream ale with orange and raspberry.
