Narrow Gauge Brewing Company

Narrow Gauge Brewing Company started in 2016, brewing in the basement of Cugino’s, a Florissant restaurant. As demand for its beer grew, the brewery outgrew that basement and moved into its own production facility in 2023, which let it raise output and widen distribution across Missouri and Illinois. A taproom opened in the new building in 2024, bringing back the experimental and small-batch beers that do not reach store shelves. The Florissant taproom has 24 rotating taps of beer brewed on site and sells cans and kegs to go, along with some wine, cider, soda and other non-alcoholic drinks. Cugino’s delivers food to the taproom, and guests may also bring their own. The laid-back room has TVs for watching games, board games and pinball, and the brewery offers a loyalty program, gift cards and an online shop with beer, merchandise and kegs.
