Diametric Brewing Co. is a family- and dog-friendly brewpub in Lee’s Summit run by four owners, Sean, Devin, Mac and Mike, who each serve as an officer and brewer. Their tastes stretch across the spectrum, from yeast-forward Belgian-style wits and saisons to pilsners, IPAs, sours and stouts. Core and rotating beers have included Ruby on Rails American red pale ale, Juan Moore Mexican-style lager, Crimson Bog, a tart dessert sour with cranberry, raspberry and vanilla, a Sangria cyser that blends cider and mead with grape and tangerine and a rotating-hop East Coast-style IPA. Food comes from Burn Theory Fire Kitchen, a scratch kitchen focused on hickory-smoked barbecue and elevated pub fare cooked over fire, with smoked-then-fried wings as a highlight. The brewpub also serves Sunday brunch and pours coffee from Viceroy Coffee, including single-origin beans.
